Ashland Custom Homes focuses on building quality custom homes for real people. We are a Charlotte area builder, dedicated to building homes with character. We don't stamp out 20 cookie-cutter houses every month, and we don't specialize in building tricked-out McMansions that only the elite can afford. We build real homes, for real people and real families.

Our goal is simply to build 5-10 quality homes each year. We are not in it to get rich, and we are not trying to dominate the Charlotte housing market. We just want to build great houses that you and your family can proudly call home. We have several floor plans that we can work from, or we can work with you to design and build your dream home.
